Let's find out how to make Nutritious Roti
Ingredients required to make Nutritious Roti
Gram Flour, Ragi Flour, Wheat Flour, Butter, Coriander, Green Chillies, Salt
Take 1 cup each of gram flour, ragi flour & wheat flour in a mixing bowl
Add some finely chopepd green chillies and some coriander
Add salt as required and add some water
Make a dough and let it stand for 1 hour
Heat up a pan and make small balls with the dough and flatten them
Make round flat rotis like tortillas
Now roast the flat round dough
Add some butter to the Roti
Take it into a plate and repeat the process
Nutriotious Roti is now ready to serve
