Hi! Nili Nathan with Expert Village, today I’m talking to you about whole foods. Coffee
in the morning is fine a little bit of coffee is okay, I use 100% organic coffee cause I
want to make sure that I don’t get the pesticides that are sprayed on the coffee bean and one
thing to keep in mind if you like flavored coffee as many people do, I do too, flavored
coffee you’ll find has additives in it. So I’m going to show you two tips that you
can do to add to your coffee to give it some flavor with two natural ingredients, one thing
that I do is I use cinnamon just take a little bit of cinnamon and go ahead and put it right
in the side of your coffee so it doesn’t interfere with the process of the water going
through and that’s one way to get some extra flavor. The other thing you can do is go into
your garden and if you grow some rosemary, this has been washed and dried go ahead and
put that fresh rosemary right in with your coffee beans and that makes an amazing aroma
of coffee and rosemary that’s quiet delightful.
