Hi, I'm Marchelle with Elements University on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm
going to be talking to you about the delivery of your service. In the last segment we talked
a little bit about the client ticket and I've completed the ticket here and I wanted to
show you the 4 boxes and what they mean. The first box is going to be rebooking and that's
the weeks that you recommend that your client needs to come back and see you. The second
box is going to be the product recommendation, any products that you use on your client during
the service. You need to write them down so that they're on the computer so if the client
wishes to purchase them they know what they are. The technique that you used, that could
be color formulation or the cutting technique that was used. The personal information about
the client, for example if they were going to go on a cruise or going to Mexico and then
when they came back in you can ask them, how was your trip and it makes that personal connection
with that client. So for delivery in the service, this is going to be just as important as the
other steps that we've covered. The delivery is where the magic happens, it's where you
actually do your application for you color or for your cutting service, any service that
you're doing. The delivery phase, you really need to be focused on your work and you need
to pay attention to what you're doing and you also need to watch your times. Time is
very important and you want to deliver quality service in a short amount of time. Watch our
