Alright now we're going to be adding the last two ingredients to this. It's starting to
heat up and starting to stick a little bit we're going to take whole basil leaves. Now
some of your basil leaves are going to be bigger than others. We're going to grab down
by the stems and pull off the leaves. Now if you'd like because these leaves are so
big you can actually just rip them right down the center. We're going to add them in so
the tomato paste and the basils leaves are really going to give this a nice flavor. They're
going to interact really well along with the garlic. Then we're going to stir them around
until they are slightly melted. Then we're going to take our balsamic vinegar and we're
going to add a tablespoon. To keep it from scorching. And now we're going to stir this
until it interacts with the tomato paste and makes a nice thick sauce.
