Hi! This is Carmela Dalisay,
and welcome to my OTD site!
I studied Bachelor of Business Administration, major in Marketing,
and I took it because it has creativity involved and
the challenge given to us on
creating a business plan for our thesis.
I worked at Dell International Services Philippines,
working in Customer Service for the first six months,
and I was transferred to the Sales department and
and stayed there for one and a half years.
I was selling Dell desktops, laptops and other accessories
to US-based customers via phone.
After that, I decided to work as a freelancer
and from home, as a virtual assistant,
telemarketer or appointment-setter,

and e-mail manager with different clients from the US.
My three, strongest attributes are
being a fast learner,
dependable and
flexible.
If you are a fast learner,
you can adapt and be flexible towards new events and changes.
If I'm given a task,
I'll make sure that I'll work with 100-percent effort and energy.
Working on home-based job is quite different from working in an office.
It's hard to get a good, paying project
reliable clients and continuous work.
So what I did was to keep my positive attitude,
search for daily projects and
keep friends from previous work so I can network.
I am a team player because
when I was working with Dell,
I work with the team and I always work and contribute to the team's betterment.
Also, I lend a hand to any team member who needs assistance, especially newbies.
