Now that you've watched some of the series on calligraphy technique and lettering, and
probably learned some letters and numbers, you probably want to put those to use in something
other than practicing. And, so, I'm going to in this series, talk about some of the
other things you need to know in order to plan a page, and also to put your writing
to some use, not just practicing. So in the next series, where going to look at punctuation
marks, because they're very important in establishing your text. And we're also going to look at
some theories of spacing, some theories of placement of words, and the spacing of the
letters that exist within a word. So we've got three kinds of spacing that we're going
to look at. We're going to look at letter spacing, or the spacing between letters, we're
going to look at the space that occurs between the words in a line, and we're also going
to look at the amount of space to put between the lines of writing.
