Hi, my name is Georges Gotrand, I'm a Chef
and I will show you a few of my recipes
that I usually pair with a Sweet Bordeaux wine.
100 gr of Roquefort cheese, 100 gr of butter, 100 gr of flour
and a egg yolk
We put everything in a blender
to have a mixture like this.
We are going to put this mixture inside a plastic wrap
and make a large roll.
You can leave it in the refrigerator during 30 minutes or in the icebox during 15 minutes.
Here is a small biscuit that you can cook, that pairs well with a Sweet Bordeaux wine
and that your guest will love!
