Cheryl: Hi everybody. I'm here at the end of the day at the beach with Michael.
Say "hi" Michael.
Michael: Hi Michael. [Cheryl laughs.] You knew I was going to say that?
Cheryl: I know and we are just sitting with the sun setting
behind us, but this is the beach before the hurricane.
It is pretty calm, kind of beautiful, so here is a little beach meditation.
I'm just going to give you 30 seconds to keep your eyes open,
listen to the waves, watch the water, take a break from your busy life. Are you ready?
