The first is the heart soda can cutter, you have the link to the video in the description
and the second is a milk carton mould to make the gelatin.
Our dessert is a two colors lemon gelatin
let's see how we do each of the colors. The ingredients are:
4 packs of unflavoured
gelatine,
a small can of condensed milk
sugar
red edible colour or raspberries,
a cutter,
and a square milk carton.
We started doing the
red jelly
Put into 50 ml of cold water two envelopes of unflavoured gelatine
and let stand ten minutes until the gelatin
expands.
On the other hand put in a bowl the 450 ml of water and
a spoonful of condensed milk
and heated
without allowing it to boil.
then we add the lemon flavour and the sugar
and also incorporate
the gelatin
stir until gelatin melts.
We incorporate the red color
We're throwing until we get a color that we like, a
strong red color.
once it is all dissolved what we do is
pass it to a mold.
But before
we take
a release agent to the mold.
we use a deep mold because we want hearts remain
widths
Put
to cool in the fridge for about three hours or
freezer one hour.
We started the white gelatin.
In 50 milliliters of water we put two packets of gelatin and leave ten minutes.
While put the other 450 milliliters of water in a bowl with the rest of
the can of condensed milk. This should not take sugar but
add the lemon flavor
and put to heat
without allowing it to boil
once it is hot add the gelatin
while the gelatin disolves we will make the
mold. We have taken a
milk carton
and we cut with scissors
the cap,
wash it well to remove all milk residues.
Now what we do is
put some oil in it or you can use any release spray.
Now we'll start the dessert,
put a base of white gelatine
as high a finger and
let cool.
Meanwhile adjust the cutter heart
to the size of the mold
Hearts then fit well
Once our gelatin is hardened
unmold it and put above
a baking paper
and with the cutter begin to
do
red hearts.
You have to cut many hearts because
we have to fill the entire mold what we have done.
We put the first heart
and adjust them to the center
and we continue to put hearts on top of each other
trying to
match
when we put three we put a little more
of white jelly.
We put a
skewer to help us and
return to fill
with white
until red heart is hide.
Put in the fridge for three hours.
All Unused red jelly
we can reheated and used on another dessert
When gelatin begins to harden
what we do is take
Carefully the skewer.
two hours later we will
unmold it.
carefully for one side
we cut
and see, my perfect mold
appears white.

put in hot water
