What are you about to make? Rajma Veg Curry (Kidney Beans Curry)
Ingredients required to make Rajma Veg Curry
Kidney Beans, Cashews, Coconut, Green Chillies, Tomatoes, Onions, Chopped Vegetables, Coriander, Cumin, Cloves, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Salt, Chilli Powder, Oil
Take a pan and heat it up
Boil some chopped potatoes, carrots, beans, green peas, capsicum, bottlegourd & cucumber
Half them half boiled with a little salt
Soak the kidney beans in water overnight and then boil them
Heat some oil in the pan
Add 1/2 tsp cumin
Add some crushed cloves and cinnamon
Add some chopped onions, tomatoes & green chillies
Close the lid and cook for 2 mins
Add a little turmeric
Add salt as required
Add some red chilli powder (as per taste)
Add a cup of the soaked & boiled kidney beans
Grind some cashews and fresh coconut to make a fine paste
Add a cup of this paste
Add a little water
Add the half boiled vegetables
Close the lid and cook for 2-5 mins
Add some coriander
Turn off the stove and take the curry into a serving bowl
Garnish with some cashews and some coriander
