Hey guys, Here is luke
In this video class you will learn how to edit a cover
That one you put the solo guitar and the base guitar at the same time on the same video.
With the Sony Vegas already open
Let's go to the folder where is our video.
And select our first video and drag it to the Sony Vegas timeline
Now let's press Ctrl + Shift + Q
And drag our second video, above.
And let's resize they so they can fit side by side
To make this, let's use the option Event Pan/Crop
Clicking is this symbol, or with the right button on the track of the video
And selecting "Video Event Pan/Crop"
Let's adjust the size of the video
Moving away or approaching the selected area
Now we want to put both videos on the same screen, so we have to shrink the size
And we will adjust until they are proportional.
Now there we finished shrinking the size of our videos
Let's adjust the place they are in
Using this option called "Track Motion"
Let's click once on this area and now we adjust where the video will stay
Using the arrow keys
We do this on the first video, and the same on the second too
Now I will adjust the size, keep looking at how to do this
There's good, here is our video side by side. But be careful
Click again on the option "Event Pan/Crop"
And figure out we have these diamonds here on the timeline
Select the last one there showed up on the timeline, and delete the others
Grab the last we selected to the beggining
Why we did this?
Because all of the others were making the video look different
Making the size change, the same happens with there one there I didn't use
It is modifying the video a little every moment
We have to delete the diamonds on the timeline, so this will not happen
The same here: This is the last one, let's delete this one from de middle and the first one
Drag the last diamond to the beginning
We will do the same thing on the "Track Motion" option
Delete the middle diamond and the first one, and drag the last one
Go to the first option, delete the middle diamond and the first one, and drag the last one.
So it will stay uniform on the entire video, instead of moving
Because it won't have more commands on the timeline for each option
We have to the option of making the video showing on the entire screen
Half and half
You can set the video to widescreen, I will do this here
But you will have to cut for the size you want
It will be like this:
The video will be bigger
Do it on the first, and remember to delete the first diamond so it will stay uniform
And do this on the second
With this option you can make your the video the way you want
If you want to divide the screen half and half horizontally, you can do too
You only have to leave your video unchanged, and when you use the track motion
Put it more above so it will share the screen with the other
I will do this here
I will do there way on the first
And do the same with the second
Dividing the screen horizoantally
So is it, you can go choosing
The options of the Event Pan/Crop
And with the options of the track motion, you can choose the size you want, and the place it will stay
Always remember there after you edit the track motion and the event Pan/Crop
You have to delete the diamonds
So the effects won't remain
And delete the diamonds of the track motion too
unless you want the video to have moviment effects
So you must let the track motion with many options (diamonds)
Well, it's all. Now you know how to edit your video to have the guitar lead and rhythm guitar tracks in the same time
I hope that I can help you
Don't forget to give thumbs up, subscribe in my channel and comment
