Hey everybody! I am back with another video for you I'm sorry it's been a couple
weeks since I last posted something
and if you follow me on Facebook you'll know
that we had a little health crisis in my family my grandmother
eighty-six years old she had a heart attack
and we've kinda been taking turns going to stay with her she didn't want
wanna be alone in the hospital at all so either my mom or I
or my grandpa we stayed overnight in the hospital with her every single night
rotating so she wasn't alone so
that was definitely a busy time but
kind of a blessing in disguise got to spend a lot of time with my grandma
and to help her through her recovery and she's back home now
before I get into the purpose of this video which is to talk about toothpaste
to I'm actually going to be doing a couple other giveaways
on on my Facebook page and on my Instagram page
kinda new Instagram so go over
that the link below follow me on Facebook and on Instagram
and it will be only for people on those two social media sites
on to win it get away and a giveaway for products
that I purchased on my own and wanna share the love it
thank those who have been following me and
it's going to be for the United States only i looked into
shipping rates worldwide it's just gonna be sorta
financially impossible at this point in time for me to do a worldwide
giveaway but hopefully in the future I'll be able to do that but for now this was
going to be for U.S.
only thank you for understanding and
after go and follow me and I'm gonna be announcing those giveaways here in the
next couple days
so today's video I just wanted to come on real quick and talk to you about
toothpaste I have a new toothpaste that I'm using lately it's kind of an alternative
product
I decided to start using a fluoride free toothpaste after doing a little bit of
research about the toxicity of fluoride if you do a little reading online you
can learn about how
alright be toxic now I understand lot arguments about it will say
your me so small a massive idiots who your toothpaste that should be harmful
and I can see that point but when you talk about fluoride is a known
toxin so you think you know why would I want to put
any amount toxin in my body plus in
most states and counties at least here in the United States
the water supply is already fluoridated so when you talk about you know getting
fluoride from your drinking water already and possibly toothpaste and you do
swallow some toothpaste when you're
brushing your teeth maybe that should be avoided
especially with people who have any kind of thyroid problems so if you're hyper
or hypo thyroid or have Hashimoto's
thyroiditis which is an autoimmune disease
you definitely wanna stay away from fluoride because they can exacerbate the
problem
and make your thyroid problems more
significant so let's cut to the chase the product here
is called Earthpaste and if you do follow me on instagram: I posted a picture of this not
too long ago
but it's a company called Redmond
and it called Earthpaste it is amazingly natural toothpaste
and it's awesome just how simple this product is it has no glycerin
no fluoride safe enough to eat
its from the earth and has no artificial coloring and no foaming
agents so the ingredients are just purified water
food grade redman clay so yes it's
clay that you're brushing your teeth with Xylitol which
you may have heard of Xylitol. It's a sugar alcohol
that's you'll see in a lot of sugar-free gums
because the studies on it have shown that it's actually beneficial for dental
health and could help reduce cavities
and it can remineralize your teeth also
and it has wintergreen essential oil
this for the wintergreen flavor which is the only one that I've tried. menthol
redman Real Salt and tea tree oil. So that's
it on really nice basic ingredients as far as the one that I
looked at and tried, this is you know some of the cleanest ingredients I
do believe they sell this at Vitacost. I purchased mine from a local store
and it runs around I see it on sale for like $3.99 up to like
$5.99 so just kinda depends on the
prices that the stores are doing this product does take a little bit of
getting used to because it's
a little bit different looking than regular toothpaste. I'm going to squeeze a little onto
my finger
so you can see what it looks like have kind of this grayish brown color
because of the clay doesn't you know, normal toothpaste with have
titanium dioxide in it to make it white
and probably other things that you don't need to be eating
so it has that sort of grayish color
because it doesn't have foaming agents it doesn't foam up in your mouth so
it kinda takes a little getting used to their I love the flavor
at wintergreen flavor is awesome it tastes very natural you know
it tastes like a normal toothpaste would it's not a weird flavor at all
but it does leave your mouth feeling really cool and minty fresh
so that's all good. It does not
I would think you know with having the clay and it and the salt that it would
be sort of a gritty texture but it's not, it's pretty smooth
I was brush my teeth with the Sonic Care toothbrush which i think is
awesome I've had mine for like 10 years
and I think it makes the world of difference with how well you can brush
your teeth were kinda minimal effort and it just makes it easy. It times it so
you know brush your teeth as long as the timer goes off which makes it
you don't make make sure you brush your teeth long enough. So I use it with
that so it took me a little bit of getting used to because you know spit and you see
this brownish color it's a little disconcerting at first but
it makes my teeth feel so clean
uncanny. Kinda shocking actually
my teeth just feel like I just left the dentist you know they polish it either
they just feel super slick
smooth. My teeth feel awesome without having that grittiness
You would think it would have baking soda or something like
that that would
that would buff your teeth and polish them on like at the dentist when it's really gritty
but it's not gritty at all and it leaves your teeth feeling awesome
I just wanted to give kinda shout out to this product if you're looking into
"naturalize" your beauty routine your toothpaste should be included in that
and this Earthpaste is a really good product and the best that I found
if you can get used to some of those oddities but now that i've been using it for a
couple months
and this is my second tube
it kinda like i forgot what regular toothpaste is like
so anyway let me know if you have any questions about the product or
any other questions about other products that you want to know about so i cant
kinda gear my videos to what you wanna see
and I hope you all are doing well and I'll see you in the next video. Take care!
