I'm Johnny Kha and this is Expert Village today we'll learn how to make Creme Brulee
on with the next step we're going to get our eggs and we're going to get our sugar and
the amount of eggs you need is about 6 eggs. What your going to try to do is separate the
egg yolks and the egg whites. So this is how we separate the egg yolk and the egg white
just kind of bring it back and forth until most of the egg white is away from the egg
yolk. It's okay if you just have a little bit after separating the eggs we still have
the egg whites and the egg whites are really not needed for this dessert. So what you can
use for the eggs you can just put it away to make omelets or you can use it to make
some other stuff.
