So, from the position with the leg lying down in front of the body, we want to bend the
extended leg at the knee so the leg is pointing up, so the foot is pointing up. Then, the
same hand is going to reach back and grab that foot and pull it in to the back. And
then push away from the body and then back in. So, we'll feel this stretch inside in
the thigh, in the back and in the calf. Stretching in and pushing away. This can be done with
both hands, pulling in, pushing away. Alternate hands, one and then the other, so that you
feel that stretch in the back depending on which side you're stretching.
