Hi, I'm Nequan Peartree with Shoe Diva located in Wilmington, North Carolina, and I'm going
to talk about tips on what to wear with tall boots. As the colder season begins to approach,
you have a lot of options on what to wear with tall boots. Either it is to transition
some of your summer pieces to fall and winter or just to jazz up some skirts or skinny jeans.
If you're going with a tall boot, be that that boot is a flat boot, no matter what the
material, sued or leather, you can always wear it with a long skirt. Tall boots look
really good with long skirts. They flow very well over them and their the best option for
tall boots. The last thing you ever want to do is stick a tall boot underneath the jean
because you're hiding all of the nice metal hardware or embellishments on it and nobody
can see your boot. So it completely defeats the purpose of wearing tall boots if you're
going to stick them underneath jeans. Your second option for tall boots are mini skirts
or short skirts. They look really good with them because you get to see the whole boot.
They're not covered up by if you wear a long, flowing skirt or anything. And if you're too
afraid to go out with bare leg, you can always stick a pair of hosiery underneath them or
opaque tights and pick a color you can also add a bit of spice or *** to them. And your
third option is skinny jeans. And I absolutely love skinny jeans with tall boots. Flat boots
look really good if you stick the jean, just tuck them down in there, they work best. You
don't ever want to try a boot cut or a flare leg jeans because it'll cause too much ruching.
But if you go with the skinny leg jean, tuck them in, it looks really good to pair skinny
leg jeans with that. And those are my tips on what to wear with tall boots.
