This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village on how to make great yeast rolls. So I pour
in my boiling water in now and I'm going to stir it into the sugar, salt and the Crisco
or shortening oil. As you notice because it's really hot it's melting that Crisco. If for
some reason you get where you cannot get it in when it's just scolding hot and you have
a few lumps, it's not going to hurt, it'll be okay. You need to stir this really well
because this is the yeast and you will stir it well and you will put it in your bowl.
Now, I'm going to pour in the yeast, make sure I get it all in and I continue stirring
until all the Crisco or the shortening is melted down.
