My career goals is to start my own home healthcare business
and the education I receive here
at Hancock will be very beneficial to me
in starting that business.
Examining my other options I noticed
that Hancock has something that gave it a competitive advantage,
which is the Entrepreneurship Program.
The quality of education is superior.
The skills I'm learning
in Entrepreneurship is teaching me how
to not only manage a business but start up a business.
At the end of this program I was able to identify my strengths,
my weaknesses, my opportunities, and my threats.
Which now, I can direct myself in a very positive way.
My future employers will say: "Wow!
Not only do you have the credentials
but you even have the experience."
The most valuable thing that I've learned
at Hancock is innovation.
Thanks to my education I'm now able to think outside the box.
Before I came to Hancock, I had these questions of can I?
Should I? But now I can.
I believe in myself.
