machine stays on, now the machine goes off if you decide to stop your pace; and that's
just a safety feature of the elliptical machine. Now when you're on here you want to make sure
you look at the settings; it'll basically tell you exactly what to do, it's self explanatory.
You can begin your workout, you can press a setting, or pick a setting that you choose,
pick a speed, pick a resistance, and pick a time. The machine will start and stop on
it's own based on what you get. So that's basically how to use an elliptical. Then when
you're done, just make sure you come to an easy stop. When it's completely stopped, then
you want to take your hands on the most stable part and get off.
