Place 125 ml (1/2 cup) butter into the bowl of a mixer
With 125 ml (1/2 cup) sugar.
Turn on the mixer to cream the butter.
With the mixer running, add 2 eggs.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula and turn the mixer on again for a few seconds.
Mix in 250 ml (1 cup) flour,
1 Tbsp. baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix again until thoroughly combined.
Check and mix again if necessary.
Add 225 g (8 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips.
Transfer the dough to a piping bag.
Pipe out small mounds of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 180蚓 (350蚌) oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly browned. Keep an eye on them.
Cool before removing with a spatula.
