Summer is the best season for watermelons, but it's not very fun to eat it CAREFULLY... It really makes best watermelons just tasteless.
Now, I'm introducing how to eat watermelons without worrying about seeds! Well, nothing special, just add a few steps before eating.
First, slice it! 1cm wide or less. (perhaps some of you can already guess what I'm going to do...)
Make 3 slices. Be careful when you cut the rind... the fruit may be easily broken because it's thin.
I usually cut the rind little by little by tilting a knife.
Remove seeds with a fork (...or chopstick if you have one)
Removed all? Maybe not. There might be some cruel land mines in the fruit.
Let's bring it under the sun! (... or the light in your kitchen)

Check all 3 slices carefully. Make sure they are SAFE to eat.
Then, put a small amount of salt. Haven't heard of it? Just try it! ;)
For some reason it sweetens the watermelon, and you'll never be able to resist it!
Then, put these slices together. Make sure to put the same faces as you cut them.
Not sure which is next to which? OK, then...
Look at the pattern on the rind. You'll be able to put them together in the right way. (...and you can also enjoy the beautiful pattern)
