Hey guys, what's going on? I'm Sam, from Computer TV,
and today I'm going to tell you about this netbook.
This is the Lenovo S10. It's part of the S-series.
And you know what? Summer's coming up.
It's just around the corner, and I'm sure everybody's doing a lot of traveling.
And this is perfect because it's so light and so portable,
you really can take this thing anywhere you go.
And it's powerful enough to do anything you need
as far as the web goes. So, you know, if you're blogging,
surfing the web, anything like that, it is perfect for.
First of all, it runs on a 1.6 Intel Atom Processor.
You have 1 GB of DDR2 RAM, 160 GB hard drive,
802.11 b and g wireless on here, which is fantastic.
It also runs Windows XP Home Edition.
And it has a card reader, as well. So you can load up all of your music,
your movies, you know, your pictures, anything you need.
And it takes no time at all.
So, let's take a look around this thing.
So, up top, right here, you have your 1.3 megapixel camera.
You have a 10.2'' LCD screen with a 1024 x 600 resolution.
Then, moving downwards, you have your power button, right here.
Your status indicator is next to it.
Your one touch restore button, and right alongside it is your WiFi.
Then you have a nice sized keyboard.
It's not a full size, but it's not as small as a lot of netbooks.
So, you know, you don't have to worry about being cramped.
Alright, we're going to turn this Lenova on its side.
And you have your Express Slot, right here.
Your mic and your headset jacks. This is your first USB 2.0 port,
your Ethernet port, right here. And this, right here, is your Kensington lock.
And on the other side, you have your, right here, this is your USB 2.0 port.
This is your second one, so you have two total.
You have your media card reader, right here, for your XD,
your Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro.
You know, all of your cards to get your photos and your movies on here.
And this, right here, is your VGA port.
And your power. And on the front you'll see
you have your mousepad with your track pad.
And your left and your right click.
This thing is so, so light. And, you know, we've seen this Lenova before.
We've actually seen it in black, but now it comes in this nice red color.
And it also comes in an emerald blue.
And, this one actually has a 3-cell battery.
So you're going to get about three to four hours of battery life.
So it's not bad. It's perfect if you're on the go.
You can stash this thing in your backpack and be on your way.
OK, so that's it. This is the Lenovo S10. This is the Ideapad.
It's, you know, one of the latest in netbooks.
Hope you enjoyed, and we'll see you next time.
