Hi, I'm Gretchen Soares and welcome to Expert Village. Today we're going to be making soy
candles. In this step we're going to be talking about properly labeling our containers. When
you're using a candle for home usage in your own home labeling isn't as important. But
when you're giving a gift, it's very important to label with safety and what's inside of
it, especially with so many allergens popular now, or not popular, but so many people have
allergies now and especially with giving gifts to people that are maybe acquaintances instead
of friends or family that you're well aware of their habits. So we have labels that include
a burning hazard so that nobody can come back and say "oh, you didn't tell me I had to burn
that in a container, it messed up my table and now you owe me a new table", or any such
thing like that. It also has the ingredients in the candle so if there's an allergen problem
the person can make sure that it's safe to burn in their home. So these stickers come
in different sizes. I chosen a size that is proper for this container. Just put it on
the bottom and press it on there nice and firmly so that it stays because these candles
will be given as gifts.
