At first King of Tokyo Halloween brings simply two new monsters.
Here this Pumpkin Jack and the Boogey Woogey.
And brand new, a new card type, namely the costumes.
First of all, they work exactly the same as the normal cards in the base game.
That is, they simply cost energy chunks.
But usually they have a very strong price-performance ratio.
Here as an example the "zombie".
If he drops to 0 life , then you still have to steal him this costume.
Only then the player would be forced out of the game. So this is already really strong.
Sounds unfair at first.
However this is balanced because you can steal the costumes from other monsters.
Both new monsters come with the corresponding evolution cards,
so that you can combine Halloween very well with Power Up! the 1. expansion.
Halloween is indeed great a expansion, but it is not such a must have as the first expansion Power Up!
