STOP SMOKING
I will show you a way to stop smoking in a painless fashion,
or at least to drastically reduce the quantity of inhaled smoke.
I don’t try to sell you something, just to help you, because this method really works.
It helped me to quit in 21 days, with very little struggle.
For doing this, you will need the following:
several toothpicks or matchsticks,
isolation tape,
chewing gum,
Targuard cigarette filters,
a pair of scissors,
and several cigarettes.
I will show you how to use these parts to construct devices like this one
which can help you reduce the smoke concentration,
and I will show you how to use these devices to gradually and painlessly reduce the smoke,
until you will no longer feel the urge to smoke.
The main principle is this:
- The air enters through one of the pipes - this one,
the smoke through the other one,
and they are mixed inside the device
and then they enter into your mouth, through the third filter.
Here I have three Targuard filters
glued together with a piece of isolation tape
- You need to construct for each day another such device,
- here I have several of them -
such that the smoke concentration is initially 100%,
and then gradually decreases towards 0%.
- You need to use the device of the day anytime you smoke.
- You should change it daily, in order to have a clean one in the morning.
- The best opportunity to change the level is from the very first cigarette of the day,
because during the night, the lungs and the blood were partially cleaned.
- After 10-15 days your throat will feel better in the morning,
and you will begin to feel tastes which you forgot:
an apple, the lemon in the tea etc.
- In 20-30 days you may be able to quit smoking almost spontaneously.
- The only effort required is in constructing the devices,
and in using them consistently while smoking.
- After you quit, keep close several cigarettes of the same brand and flavor,
and one device, in case you will be tempted.
But better resist, it is easier now.
Here is the basic way to construct them:
- Take three Targuard filters,
and use a toothpick to extract the colored inner part from two of them,
or in some days you will need to extract them from all three.
You need to have at least two filters without the inner part.
Now we need to glue them together, in the shape of the letter "Y".
Here we will put the cigarette,
and here we will put the cigarette filter.
This way, through this branch will enter air,
and through this one will enter smoke.
You can gradually reduce the smoke concentration by changing the particular way you construct the device.
The main way to construct it is the following:
- Cut a small piece of isolation tape,
and split its ends.
- Take one of the Targuard filters,
roll the tape around it,
take another Targuard filter,
roll the tape around it,
and you obtained the upper part of the device.
For the lower part, you need another piece of tape.
Put like this the third Targuard filter,
and the upper part which you already glued.
Then roll the tape, and here is what you obtain.
You should make sure not to have leaks.
You can check by covering these two pipes and by blowing air.
If you can blow, then you have some leaks,
and you should isolate with more tape.
After several times, it will become more natural for you to construct such devices.
As you can see, this is the basic kind of device.
There are others with no inner part, like this,
so you have two pipes, like this one,
or two pipes like this one,
or mixed combinations like this one.
Put the cigarette in one of them,
the cigarette filter in the other.
Use this flexibility of construction which allows you to construct several degrees,
so that you gradually quit smoking.
If you look at the small inner part, yellow in this case
you will see six tiny holes.
These holes can be covered with chewing gum,
so if you chew a piece of chewing gum,
and you take a little piece,
you can put it here,
with the matchstick or with the toothpick,
and here, and here,
and you will have various degrees of concentration.
For example, here is the first day device.
I covered four holes, and two holes are uncovered.
In this pipe I put the cigarette.
If you cover with the finger here, you can light it,
and you will smoke the same smoke as if you don't use the device,
but if you uncover it, you need to put here a filter.
The filter will allow a thin stream of air to enter.
For the first day you will not feel the difference.
In the second day, I covered still four holes,
but I used only two thirds of the cigarette filter.
In the third day, I used only one third the cigarette filter.
In the fourth day I uncovered less holes, yes, only two.
But it's up to you how to use all this freedom
to construct various degrees.
The idea is that you will have to test them for yourself,
because the steps between one day and the next day
it's too large for you, or it's too small for you.
If you make the steps too small, perhaps it will take you too long to quit.
If you do the steps small enough,
I assure that you will not feel much difference when you'll go from one day to the other
and you will be able to quit smoking.
Allow me to repeat: with this method
I was able to quit very easy in 21 days.
I could not believe when it happened, but then I was a free person
and you should try it.
I patented an adjustable device based on this principle,
but because it is not yet produced,
and I don't see this happening in the close future,
you need to make it by yourself.
