"Yes. I have a pretty straight forward mindset on that, and it's 'Energy Flows
Where Attention Goes'. I feel that if a hiring manager has either an HR partner
internally, internal corporate recruiting team, or an external vendor that they are
working with; they need to put in the investment on the front end in order to
be effective and get it done. For an example, giving me a job description and
compensation is just not going to do it for me.
I need to understand the bigger picture of the position and where it falls within the
entire organization, and ask a lot of questions. So if you want a more
effective recruiter, you need to invest the time upfront to get a better outcome
on the back end.
That is my view."
