we want to make a
watermark in the back of our document that says draft
to do that we will go to format
page
and then into the background
instead of a color we would pick a graphic and that would be our watermark
i also want to be able to come back out of the draft when i'm done or maybe
have it say confidential
to do that we're going to want to use some styles
i'll start off by clicking on the styles and formatting button
and i'm going to dock this to the right side of my document
clicking on the page styles
i want to create a new page style that called draft
right-clicking
new
I'm going to call this one draft
and go into the background just as we did with the format page
going into the graphic
i want it to take up the whole area and i want to browse because i'm bringing in my
.png file that's his draft
and i made this .png file LibreOffice Draw
all-right we have it in here
Looks good, I click apply
clicking ok
and we have our new style
we haven't applied it yet that's why we don't see it on a document
to apply it
i'm going to double-click
and there we see it
draft, draft,
draft on all our pages
let's also make one for confidential
same way right clicking
new
naming this one is confidential
going to our background
in the as box - click graphic
browse
clicking on our confidential watermark
having it fill up the entire area
apply
okay
let's try out confidential by double clicking
and there we see
we've got a confidential document
and if it's a normal document we just go back to d default
and that's how we quickly go from draft the confidential back to the
default style
