If you use QuickBooks, and if you enter your vendor bills by typing them in manually, just
download the Add Bills app from ProOnGo, and sign in with your Intuit Account.
When you get into the app, there is a big button that says "Add an Invoice". Just press
the button and take a picture of any invoice that you need to add to QuickBooks.
Then press the list button to see all of your unpaid vendor bills and to see that your new
one is already uploading. It only takes a couple minutes for the upload to finish and
for the vendor bill to be sent to QuickBooks.
We can now see the details from the vendor bill that we just added. They've already arrived
in the app. Then, whenever we get around to it, we could go into QuickBooks Online to
pay that bill.
We find the exact same bill that we already saw in the app, and we can pay it.
Sometime later, maybe we'll be back in the mobile app, just to see our list of unpaid
bills. If we have a look, we'll see that the bill that we just paid, is no longer listed
as an unpaid bill. This helps us focus on just the bills that we still need to pay.
So, download the new Add Bills application made by ProOnGo for a new way to add your
bills to QuickBooks without typing, and to keep track of your unpaid bills.
