Although we have grown to become an industry leader, we still maintain our attention to
detail, personal service, and structure that got us to where we are today.
Vanguard Painting is a company that specializes in painting projects for strata complexes,
multi-residential clients, and property managers. We also do some light commercial work.
We've done a number of high profile painting projects throughout the lower mainland and
we're proud of that fact but we're also proud of the fact that the people that helped us
complete those projects are still with us. So we can assure our clients that the same
level of quality that we brought to some of these past projects, we will be bringing to
their project. At Vanguard Painting, we are committed to
helping our clients find the right balance between price, quality and service.
We are trying to figure out what their needs are, what they really want. We want to be
able to deliver on what we promise. Occasionally, we can get all three of those
in one package but more often than not if you are taking the lowest price, you are going
to be sacrificing one of the other two categories, either quality or service and quite often
both. We encourage our customers to go to the next
level and not only look at the experience of the business itself but also the experience
of the guys that are ultimately going to do the work.
We invest heavily in our employees and are proud of the fact that we use an employee
based labor model. As a general rule, the company that uses employees
is going to have a dedicated work force, people that will be consistent from year to year
and tend to be more accountable to the project, to the client.
Another thing to be thinking about is there a warranty involved and what's it worth?
Are the people who did the original project going to be around in years to come to honour
that warranty? If they have only been in business for two
years or you sub-contract out all your work, it might not mean a whole lot.
We work really really hard to maintain and grow relationships with our customers and
our employees and in fact that's the crux of our business.
