Alright in this sweep I'm going to show you what's called the X Guard. A lot of times
I like to go the X Guard from the V Guard, alright. It's very easy. So I'm in the V Guard.
The X Guard is when he's standing above you, alright. So he, he stands; I'm going to do
a wrestle, so this hand that was underneath; I go over. Right here, this is my X right
here. This one Under Hooks. I kind of want to put that foot right here, this is the X
Guard right here. So the first one that we're going to do is, I'm going to kick my legs
forward so he pops a little bit. I'm going to slide this right down, right threw his
ankle and I'm going to kick forward; and I'm going to come up to a more dominate position.
A lot of times I will take leg locks from the X Guard cause it's real common. Alright
going back in here. Guy stands. I make my X, I put this above right here; I'm sliding
it down and kicking forward. And I'm coming up. I love the X Guard and so will you.
