Hello,everyone!
Welcome to Netageo.I'm Mehdi.
Today we gonna talk about the cosplay on Comiket 83 .
So we'll show you lots of cosplayers,
and interviews.
If you want to know more about the Comiket,
I recommend you to watch our program #53 .
Please check out the program #53 from the link below this video.
Let's go!!
We see cosplayers everywhere in the Comiket place.
Hostesses from exhibiting companies also cosplay.
There are several areas for cosplay on Comiket,
we can take photos only there.
Otherwise,it would be out of control.
First we came to the garden.
So many people here too.
We can't easily go forward.
Popluar cosplayers are surrounded by battalion of photographer.
But a knight comes from somewhere and starts counting down,
Excuse me, I'll take the count.
5
4
3
With zero,the group dispersed.
The cosplayer can take a breath now.
The countdown rule is essential to large-scale events.
Soldiers are there.
Let's talk to them.
Hello
Hello
So what is it?
This is the Defense of Work Forces.
I can read Anti NEETs and Defense of Work.
What does it mean?
Indeed
We repulse NEETs and defend work.
This is our reason for being.
By NEETs, do you mean inactive people?
Yes. They destroy work.
They are the Japanese cancer.
Well. Quite bitter expression.
But NEETs are part of the society, aren’t they?
Exactly.
But this is not a normal situation.
We must correct that abnormal situation.
There is also NEETs commando, isn't it?
Yes. We are ready to confront them.
If they do not work, we will repel them.
And we will make them work.
How many people are there in your troops?
At present, unfortunately,
We are only nine in the whole country.
I see.
NEETs are more than 30.
Well, they are more than 50.
Seriously?? Seriously?
The number has increased in 3 or 4 months.
Right. Their influence is inclusing.
But it is okay.
Our 1 soldier can fight against 3 NEETs.
About your clothes, did you buy them?
Yes. We found them on the Internet.
The helmet too?
Yes. Everything.
We just made the armbands and the badges ourselves.
I see. Thank you.
You are welcome.
He’s very polite.Thank you very much.
Next are these cosplayers.
Who are you?
Barnaby from Tiger and Bunny.
Barnaby.
I’m Kotetsu
You like Tiger and Bunny, right?
We love it.
What do you prefer in that anime?
By two persons,
Shall we show?
What? Do you want to do it?
Here.
Yeah! That scene.
With that scene from the anime where Barnaby bridal carries Kotetsu,
girls gather at top speed.
Are you okay?
Well, you need power to do that.
Love power.
Love for chracters.
I find your costumes intriguing.
Our clothes?
Yes. Your clothes and wigs.
Did you buy the wig?
This is made by a hairdresser. And I arranged it.
This is my own hair.
About the clothes, like this jacket,
where did you buy it?
I went to Akihabara,
and also looked on the Internet.
Because I can’t sew.
You found the nice one.
True.
I found a jacket I like.
The size is good too.
It makes your legs longer.
For you, shops?
I had no time so I searched on the Internet.
Just the shoes, because I’m short.
Thank you.
Nice!
Ok.
Hello.
Hello.
Who are you?
I’m Kaname Madoka from Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
I see. It’s very popular.
Yes, it’s quite popular.
Did you make something by yourself?
I didn't make the dress,
But I made the shoes, the socks, the gloves, the wig,
and this Soul Gem.
It’s vital for a witch.
Yes, it’s very important.
Is it the first time you come to the Comiket?
Yes, it’s my first time.
So what do you think about it?
It’s impressive, it’s so crowded.
I’m surprised.
There are so many people that we can barely walk.
Yes,
Thank you.
Thank you.
Okay, hi everyone.
Hi
Hi.
So who’s the representative?
Everybody aims at you.
No choice, okay.
Who are you guys?
We are Steins Gate’s four main characters.
Originally, Steins Gate is a video game, isn’t it?
Yes, it is.
Did you play the video game?
I started with the anime.
Do you make your costumes yourselves?
No, we don’t make the costumes.
I make some accessories myself.
How about you?
I bought it.
Is it hard to find?
If you search on the Internet ,you'll find.
Yes, but blue hats aren’t so common.
Indeed.
And you?
I also bought it.
You bought the whole costume. Was it hard to find?
No.
You?
I bought it.
Did you search a lot ?
Yes, I couldn’t find any suitable wig.
The character has spiral curls.
But I couldn’t find anything like this, so I bought a wavy wig.
I see.
Do you often cosplay?
Yeah, sometimes.
What do you mean?
Every two or three months.
Quite often.
Quite often.
You guys too?
Does any of you cosplay more often?
We arrange together to cosplay.
We can’t imagine cosplaying alone.
If we manage to gather, we do it.
Why did you come to the Comiket?
We can’t finish the year without coming here.
Also, we can’t finish summer without coming here either
In fact, I've cosplayed in winter comiket.
I like video games so I cosplayed Ryu from Street Fighter.
I thought I would die from the cold.
I was barefooted.
Next time, try Edmond Honda.
No, no, no, no.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I’ve just noticed that he’s wearing green slippers.
Awesome.
Thank you.
It's not finished yet.
Hi.
Hi.
Who are you?
I’m Z from One Piece.
That’s impressive.
Yeah, it’s quite impressive.
Did you make it yourself?
Yes, I made it myself.
It must have taken time.
How long did it take to make everything?
I’m used to do it.
So,it took about two days.
Seriously?
Yes.
Including this?
Yes,about two days for everything.
You’re a real artisan.
Thank you.
I'm guessing that
you must make costumes for your friends too, no?
Yes, I supply costumes.
And I teach how to make them.
How did you make that?
I used the so-called Lion Board,
a kind of hard polystyrene
that I cover with faux leather.
Did you draw plans first?
Yes, I drew plans before making it.
Using wire,it gets movable.
Thank you.
Thank you.
So,how was the cosplay on Comiket?
Among the people we interviewed,
there were many persons who bought their costumes.
But lots of people make it themselves too.
For example, Mr.Amuro Ray who we interviewed at the end of the program,
he has made a wide range of costumes himself,
He had numerous cards,
which are printed various types of photo
of cosplay that he'd made.
Among those, there were many cosplay of Onepiece.
It was fun just to see.
What we showed this time was
just one area of several cosplay areas.
And we'd shot in another area,
So we'd like to show you other cosplayers.
Too many cosplayers to show in 1 program,
So we'll continue in the next time.
Then, see you soon in Netageo.
Sayonara.
