Hi, I'm Mark Davis with BigWater Adventures. I want to talk to you for a second about a
rod you're going to see a lot this upcoming season. The Blue Water Carnage Jigging Rod
is PENN's, in my opinion, probably catch all, be all in conventional and spinning rods.
This rod I'm holding right here is five foot six inches. Believe it or not its rated for
one thirty to two hundred pound braided line. Now you think about it. They're calling it
a jigging rod, which if you're talking about butterfly jigs for tunas, it's as good as
it gets. I've already used them for a bunch of other applications that they're not specifically
designed for. But when you've got a rod thats five foot six like this and can handle that
kind of heat. And you know I love to put heat on them. Thats a VSX Twelve International.
I lock them down and bring them to the boat. I'm gonna put these on pelagics, I'm going
to put them on tarpon, I'm going to troll with them, I'm going to bottom fish with them.
The Blue Water Carnage Jigging Rods in spinning and conventional have a million different
applications. They're light, they're very sensitive, and they're incredibly strong.
You need to check them out and give them a try because it's going to be my go-to series
for two thousand thirteen.
