Pretty much everything has changed.
I mean, literally, from the inside of the building...
everything from things you can't see.
We have a new heating and air conditioning system.
We were able to install a new lighting system,
which uses basically a 1/4 of electricity than the old system.
It provides us a much warmer, more natural light.
This is our opportunity to really bring the decor,
the ambience, of the restaurant up to the level of the food.
I think the fact that it's so modern and so up-to-date...
and then the fact that it just incorporates everyone.
You know, like if you are a vegetarian and vegan,
you can eat here.
If you are a huge meat eater, go grab a steak.
You know what I'm saying?
If you like Chinese food, it's like more options remind you more of home,
and it's easier to get settled into the campus.
I eat at the cafeteria because it costs one meal exchange,
and then you can keep going through the lines and eating over and over again.
So, for one meal exchange you can have like three meals.
Every concept now has a cook-to-order aspect, so everyone can see the fresher ingredients.
Fresh things are prepped in front of them.
If you want more *** for your buck,
then this is the best place to eat,
it's good food, too.
By the time we're done,
you've seen the first phases of the renovation,
that will continue around the whole building.
We're doing this in three phases, that's phase one.
Phase two is going on now, we'll be done in May.
And then phase three will be done in the summer, over the summer.
So that when students return in August,
the whole cafeteria will be done.
It really will be, you know, the ultimate community dining experience.
We're creating a dining center, but we're also creating a community center,
where students can come in and do a lot of programming.
Brian good seeing you.
Now are you having a terrific tortilla Tuesday?
Alright.
Well, Brian, let the tortillafication commence with you, sir.

Annis: I think it's important that there is still a place...
where students can come together,
and there's nothing better than food to bring people together.
