Hello. Welcome to St George Internet Banking, the convenient and secure way to
manage all your banking in one place whenever it suits you.
With a few clicks, you can easily pay bills,
review your accounts, check your transaction history, move money around and more.
Some things haven't changed,
like the way you login or our security.
Though it's always important to remember to change your password regularly and to
never write it down.
Of course, if you forget your security number or password we can easily retrieve them
for you,
or you can reset them on the Internet banking logon screen.
Just follow the prompts or call us on 1300 555 203.
Once you've logged on, you'll find yourself here
on the "My Accounts" page.
This is both your summary screen and your home page, so everything links back
here.
It's easy to find your way around Internet Banking
with simple navigation and helpful Quick Links.
Over on the left is your menu.
This appears on every page and links you to the sections you most commonly need
when you're banking online.
Up here you can locate a St.George ATM,
branch or mobile lender,
or access your messages.
You can immediately see how many unread messages you have in your inbox,
where we'll send you emails about your accounts,
or news and information about everyday banking.
New message notifications appear in a preview panel on your home page
so you can easily see how many unopened emails you have.
Then you can either click the message to read it immediately,
or select "All Messages" to go to your inbox.
There's so much you can do with Internet Banking.
You can update your personal details if they've changed.
You can set SMS or email notifications to tell you when money has been
transferred into or out of your account. But it's important to note that SMS alert
fees will apply.
You can even report a lost or stolen card,
just follow the prompts and your card will be immediately
deactivated and a new card sent to your registered address.
You can look up your financial year's interest, handy for tax time.
Renew a Term Deposit and even Switch to eStatements online to cut
back on your physical paperwork
and do your bit to help the environment.
You can also export your transaction history to Excel or Quicken.
Again, just follow the prompts.
Plus, we've added a new search box to make it easier to find exactly what you're
looking for within Internet Banking.
Internet banking makes transfers and payments secure and really simple.
Let's start with EasyPay.
It sits right on the home page, it's faster and it lets you transfer money
between your accounts and make payments to existing payees and BPAY billers,
quickly and easily.
Start typing and the name of your saved payee or BPAY biller will appear, so
you can easily pay multiple bills in quick succession.
You can also make payments and transfers from your eligible accounts using
the Transfer, Payments & BPAY page.
Select your method of payment and, if you're paying someone for the first time, click
here to add them.
Simply input their details and follow the prompts to complete the payment. The payee
details will be saved so it's quicker to make future payments.
Then there's Scheduled Payments
perfect for setting up payments to be processed at a later date.
It's an easy way to stay on top of your bills and make sure you never miss a
payment.
From this screen,
you can create, view, or modify your scheduled payments and even set up email
notifications to let you know when your transaction has been processed.
Did you know you can apply for a range of new accounts online
including savings accounts, transaction accounts and BT Super for Life.
You can also apply online for a new credit or to increase your credit card
limit or home loan.
It's easy.
In fact, because you're already securely logged in online,
you don't need to provide personal information like your name and address.
It's the quickest and easiest way to get a new account up and running.
You'll be done in just a few minutes.
Start by looking at the Products, tools and calculators section,
which includes relevant information to find the right product for your needs.
Once you've found what you're looking for,
simply click "Open Account" and follow the prompts.
