On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to show you how to make shrimp
two ways. Now we're going to make the sauce for our Sesame Shrimp. They've already been
sauteed. They are nice and crispy. They are being held to the side. This is a really nice
kind of sweet and salty sauce. It is very simple it only has three ingredients. I am
going to use some nice tangerine juice. I put that right in our hot pan, a couple of
shots of soy sauce and then about a tablespoon of sugar. I am using organic sugar. I am going
to whisk that. Isn't that a pretty color? It is almost like a kind of butterscotch color.
You whisk that and continue whisking until you feel with your whisk that all the sugar
is dissolved and that is going to boil for four minutes until it gets nice and syrupy
and thick and when we come back we are going to plate our Lime Sesame Shrimp.
