On behalf of Expert Village this is Ian McSwain of Passion Foods in Miami, Florida and today
we're showing you a quick and easy Mexican recipe. Today I'm going to be making guacamole.
Okay, so we're going to finish salting the tortillas, now just a little bit I use kosher
salt on most of everything other than I would say salads cause it's a little bit to grainy
for salads. But I find it if you're using your hands to determine how much salt to use,
you can feel it, you can grip this, you have an idea of how much you're using oppose to
a finer salt where it's hard to even grip it. So you use a spoon or something else.
So I always have this in my kitchen for that reason I can determine how much I'm using.
