So, now we're ready to make the handle for our mug. So, we're going to put this chunk
of clay right of the barrel of the extruder. And, then we'll lift up the plunger and set
it right directly on top of that clay. And, you can hear I don't know if you can hear
it from there but there's a little hissing. That's the air coming out of the extruder
tube. And, then you just pull down on the plunger slowly. And, it extrudes you a nice
even handle. It has a few grooves in it. Which, I think are really nice. And, then you cradle
it like this so that you don't stretch it or damage it while you're taking it to your
work area. And, then you can just set them up and let them sit so that they can get firm
and ready to use. And, you just continue this process. You want to go ahead and empty out
all the clay you have in your extruder. And, if it's more handle than you need you can
just cover them and use them later.
