Also, I am going to repair , quick repair one not very old shower.
I am going to replace few cracked tiles and do silicone after.
Problem is that water is running to the room under it.
The biggest reason for this is that wall tiles has been used for floor, they shouldn't be used there.
And there is cement contact between shower basin also metal and tiles and cement contact between floor tiles and wall tiles.
It should be silicone there not cement. And wall is just thin plasterboard wall, something that's wrong.
It should be some harder waterproof plasterboard wall.
And how to do it? Break all tiles, take it slowly so you do not damage wall tiles.
Also it is just to take it slowly, break of small paces from the edge.
And when all is broken I have to use vacuum cleaner to remove all dust.
Also clean it properly so that next tile can seat with no problem.
And now, I have not any anti-fracture membrane, actually it would be good to use it on this place but I haven't it with me. But this method is going to do it very well.
I am just going to apply it vert thick and this is just waterproof membrane.
But if I apply it thick it should be OK. And this waterproofing membrane is getting dry very quick so that I can finish this work very quick.
