Now we have our veggie stock off, we're going to take it off our burner and we're going
to give it another stir just to make sure all or our big chunks are gone. Then we're
going to cut four cloves of garlic. So, we're going to look on each side, we'll see one
side is clear and the other side has a little brown nit. So, for each clove, we're going
to go and find that and cut it off and then we're going to discard them because they are
about the size that we want to cut the garlic and we don't want it to get mixed up. Go down
along the side, then we'll turn and do it again. And the garlic will run up the side
of the knife, we'll just take our finger and push it down. We'll do this for all four of
our pieces, and we'll put them together.
And, once we've cut them all, we're going to go over them one more time to get rid of
any large pieces.
