I like to ride my bike.
I like to camp and fish a little bit.
I'm kind of an active guy and I've always been that way.
Part of my story is the fact that I was diagnosed early.
And what spurred the diagnosis was just a yearly routine physical.
Prompted by my wife, I thank her for that she saved my life.
As well as my doctor. I have a very good doctor, a very thorough doctor.
I consider myself as lucky as a person can be and still have had cancer.
The process of going through the screening
is not as bad as you might think.
It is, you know, a little uncomfortable.
The prep is not something that you would do otherwise.
But, uh, it's something that you can live through.
And it's something that, you know, if you look at the alternative of not getting screened
and letting it go so long that it's too late to do anything about it.
This is the reason to get yourself screened.
Because, screening and early detection is really what's going to save your life.
I know it saved mine.
