Company research is about getting to know the organisation better and understanding
their core values. It is not a case of a quick Google search and a brief browse over the
company website.
Get to the core of their business, so understand their vision how they're perceived by their
customers and their position in the market place.
My advice would be, experience being a customer, use their products or services and visit any
retail outlets they may have.
Look at how the business currently markets their products and identify strengths and
weaknesses that can be talked about during your interview.
Find out who their competitors are identify any gaps in their product offering and seek
potential business opportunities.
Once you have a better understanding of the business, tailor your interview answers to
best reflect the values and vision of the company and showcase how you will add value
to the business.
