The second step is the auditionees chance to impress us one on one in a speed date style
interview. "At least it will be quick and brutal"
Each stage of the auditions is carefully designed to identify the best staff.

through. Before the remaining candidates become fully-fledged
iD In Store demonstrators they complete our bespoke sales training workshop.
