Hi! This is Josiah Owens with Expert Village and today we're going to be talking about
making meatless lasagna. Now we're going to talk about slicing our fresh mozzarella for
our lasagna. What you want to do is get a fresh lasagna loaf. You just want to cut it
as thin as possible. Cut down and that should be fine about that size. We're going to cut
about 3/4 of the pound. If you don't have time to cut your fresh mozzarella, you can
always go to the grocery store and go to the deli section. They'll be more than happy to
slice some for you.
