Hi! I'm Joshua Lindsey with CFM Building Science Solutions. On behalf of Expert Village, we
are going to do a quality assurance walk through on this house. The same thing on this tile
we were talking about over here, look for that same thing in your floors. Don't be afraid
to holler about the fact that one of your tiles, you may come across it and you may
feel it sticking up a little higher, these are all pretty flat. I would particularly
call this a fairly call this a fairly good tile job. They also have spacers that are
going to go between every single one of these tiles so all of your tiles should be the same
distance apart whether it is a lighter distance or closer distance, it doesn't really matter
as long as they are all symmetrical, as long as they all stay the same. Also take time
to look on areas like right over here, you can see that the lines lines up with the carpet
real well and you can see that on this forty-five degree angle right here, your carpet line
runs from each corner to corner. In other words, your tile is square. Your tile is all
square with the house. The best way that you can tell stuff like this is throw a tape measure
on this piece of tile right here and measure to the wall and see that this piece of tile
is the same distance there if your wall is out of aplum with your tile. You know that
you are not going to notice little areas where it is like that. If it is not really noticeable,
then you don't have to really bother with it. But if it is noticeable, sometimes you
will find stuff like that that is really noticeable. That maybe it will be in a small area like
this where on this end you've got an inch and half and on that end you've got less than
an inch. This one actually looks pretty good. It is not too far off but don't be afraid
to pick stuff like that out. When it is crooked like that, pick stuff like that out and let's
get it fixed right now in the construction phase.
