Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I am going to show you how to make a Rotisserie Chicken. All you want to do is just put it
in. It's a heating coil like this. Make sure it is centered so that it spins correctly.
You want the weight to be distributed evenly. Push it in and you just want to close your
door and set your timer for 90 minutes. It's that fast. What is great about the rotisserie
is that it cooks itself. You want to keep an eye. It is still a heating thing. You could
walk away and do some other things. As that is going, your clean up is pretty easy. I
mean it is really nothing. You didn't touch anything so you just want to wash everything
down nice. When I come back, I will fry these giblets and show you how this could make you
a little snack while you are waiting to eat.
