PHILIPPA BROWN: Running a major agency, actually, we
have very young staff.
In fact, I would say 85% of our staff are under 30.
So we're ahead of the population norm.
What it means for us is that we really need to understand
what motivates and drives those younger people.
And it's not the same things that drove us when
we were under 30.
We have to make sure that anything to do with technology
and innovations is incorporated into their roles
on a daily basis.
We need to allow them to have time to do things like be on
Google, and be searching, and doing things that maybe,
again, we didn't do when we were younger.
But it's very, very important at least we allow them the
time to play, really, and learn from that.
