I'm Scott NeSmith and I own Oz Custom Built Homes. I've been licensed since 1985 and I started my company in 1997. I took me quite a few years to get the experience to build the homes that we build today. We can do all kinds of styles. We don't have set plans and that's one of the great things, I think, about Oz. That we create each plan for each family. One of the things that we're proud of doing is actually building the home-arama style home without the home-arama price. What that means is you get a lot of high-end features without a lot of cost. I feel one of the things that we do build is a home that stands the test of time. In not only construction and durability, but also in the architectural end of it. Most of the homes we build are timeless. When people see the Oz sign, I want them to think of quality. I want them to think, "This is an awesome company." I've built a lot of homes for a lot of different people and we have a great reputation. I stand behind every house we build.
