Okay, this a Pizza Roma. It’s also one of our favorite pizzas here. We just do it the
same way like we did before, just with a little bit different ingredients. I put again our
pesto on it and then we add a little bit of avocados again. Right now the slices of avocado
are hard to cut in a perfect shape because we have these big avocados; they are soft
like butter and it’s hard to keep them in nice slices. They are a little bit smashed
up but they taste excellent. Then we put a little bit of caramelized onions again and
a little bit of basil and that’s about it. And that is the Pizza Roma.
