Vintage Inspired Collection - Statement style with dollybowbow s01e3/4

Hi, I'm Kate from Dolly Bow Bow and welcome back to my Videojug beauty series, Statement Style. Today I'm going to be talking to you about vintage style jewellery and hair accessories. [Music] Now, the vintage style has been around for a few years now, and that's actually where the Dolly Bow Bow brand started, with handmade vintage jewelry and hair accessories.So, first of all, I want to talk to you about these vintage inspired bracelets; these are called trinket charm bracelets, and they're all handmade. And first of all, I want to start off with this silver one. This one has a delicate pink rose, a wishbone and a small heart, which I think goes really nicely together. I think that one would actually make a really nice gift for somebody, if you wanted to wish them luck on their exams, or maybe passing their driving test, something where you need to wish them good luck. The second one is really pretty. Again, it has a pink rose and it also features a cross, and a locket which actually opens. so you can put a picture of a loved one in there and it's just something you can keep close to you and it would be really special. This one here is a little bit more simple, it's a pink resin carved heart, and it's just very delicate and simple and it also comes in a range of about 5 different colors and pastel tones. And finally, the bracelet here, it says "wish," again it has a pink rose, and a small pearl, so that's just a very delicate little detail. and also, as i said, the heart tag on this says "wish" so again it would be really nice if you wanted to give it to a friend or family member if you wanted to wish them luck. So we have a huge range of trinket charm bracelets on the website, with lots of different kinds of charms and colored roses, and these ones range from £5 to £7, depending on the amount of charms on them, and they also come in two different bracelet sizes so you can pick which one fits you best. So onto one of our vintage inspired necklaces, I've brought this one to show you today, this one features a really pretty lemon yellow rose, again this has a locket, slightly larger this time so it suits a necklace better. Again because it's a locket, you can put a picture of a loved one in there, so you can keep it close to your heart, and it also has a delicate little key charm, which i think really complements the locket well. Next up, I want to talk about earrings. So here we have the very delicate bloom earrings, and they're vintage inspired, so i'm just going to put these on and as you can see, they're very feminine and very delicate but they'll just add a gentle pop of color to your ears. I've got some rings here, this one is a really pretty vintage piece. it's actually made from a vintage spoon bent into this shape, so it makes a really unique ring. And again this is a vintage ring made from vintage brass and it's in the shape of an arrow. It's a very similar color to rose gold, which is really popular at the moment. So if you're the kind of girl who likes to shop in vintage shops, or you like to buy vintage inspired pieces on the high street, then these pieces of jewellery will complement your style perfectly. Me personally, I like to style my vintage accessories with floral dresses, lace and lots of 80s and 90s inspired prints and styles, which are really popular at the moment.
