Another really nice breath flow to start your yoga practice is the Namaste Breath Flow.
It involves some spinal twist but it allows you to take it to about fifty percent. You
never want to take your spinal twist to the full capacity in prenatal yoga. Emily here
will be demonstrating for us. So sitting in Sukhasana, nice, very comfortable cross leg
position with the blanket underneath for support and comfort. We're going to have bring her
hand into normal state heart center. Take a nice deep inhale, exhale arms out wide,
good, inhale, exhale to the right, twisting gently to the right, beautiful, shoulders
are level. Inhaling center, exhale normal state. Inhaling arms wide, deep breath. Exhaling
to the left, really into the lungs in the exhale, gentle, inhaling center, exhale normal
state. One more time each side. Inhale arms wide, exhale gentle, slow twist to the right.
