80% of infections are transmitted by the hand. 80% of germs enter your body through the eyes.
Majority of people do not wash their hands properly or for long enough.
When do you wash your hands? Before you:
Prepare food Eat
Put in or take out contact lenses Treat a cut, scrape, burn or blister
Take care of someone who is sick After you:
Go to the bathroom Eat or touch food
Clean and sanitize surfaces Cough, Sneeze, blow your nose or wipe a child's
nose Handle garbage
Take care of someone who is sick or injured Use public transportation
Removing gloves
Which areas are frequently missed Sarah, Jack and Mo to walk into the washroom

Steps are as follows: Open the Faucet
Wet hands with water Apply Soap
Lather soap and scrub hands well, palm to palm
Scrub between interlaced fingers Scrub back of each hand with palm of other
hand Scrub fingertips of each hand in opposite
palm Scrub each thumb clasped in opposite hand
Scrub each wrist clasped in opposite hand Rinse thoroughly under running water
Wipe and dry hands well with paper towel or hand dryer (film both options)
